Queensland Aviation Manufacturing is the manufacturing arm of Dean-Wilson Aviation, and is responsible for the production and final assembly of all aircraft. Operating from state-of-the-art facilities at Kingaroy Airport in country Queensland, QAM Has a comprehensive aircraft manufacturing facility with highly trained assembly staff and fully defined processing prceedures automatically linked to a data processing reporting system to constantly identify any areas that can be improved.

Both Federal & Queensland State Governments have been instrumental is supporting the design, development and production phases of the Boomerang, with grants sourced through a range of their individual financial offerings. But it is not only in areas of finance where Government has assisted, their respective Business Development departments have also made significant and valuable contributions by introducing potential domestic and international customers to Dean-Wilson Aviation, opening doors which, without their assistance may have remained closed.
